Hi! My name is Kelly Pennington. I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, a partner and a friend, and I am also a loan originator. These are just a few things that define me. I am a person just like anyone else, however I am different at the same time. I wear sundresses over business suits. I prefer tattoo’s to makeup, and I value people over money.

I do my very best to make the best out of every situation. I listen to my client’s wants and needs to help them come up with a plan to reach their mortgage goals. I am a recent homeowner and I understand both sides of the transaction. I understand the questions and concerns the buyers have throughout the transaction and I can help them through it with ease.

As a mother I have developed the ability to anticipate any issues that may arise, details that could be overlooked, and the ability to multitask which I use to help my clients avoid any roadblocks on the way to getting their perfect loan.

I specialize in both purchases and refinances. I can assist my clients with VA, FHA, USDA, Refinances, Renovation loans, and so much more. I am fortunate to work with a company that offers a wide range of programs.

 I work alongside my father who has been in the business for 30 years. Together we are making a difference in the mortgage industry. He not has only taught me his personal skills to strive to be the best lender, but also to be the best possible person you can be. Everyday before school he would say “Make a new friend today!” He was prepping me for this business without me even knowing it! I get to make new friends every day in this business.
