With over fifteen years of experience as a mortgage underwriter, Danica has a unique understanding of mortgages unlike many other loan officers, setting her apart from the crowd. Her multiple underwriting certifications on a variety of different loan programs grants her an intimate knowledge of how the process works. With this knowledge, she gives her clients a superior service in making their American Dream possible.

Your dream is her passion, and that passion drives her to keep it from becoming a nightmare. Buying a home is an amazing time in one’s life and Danica uses all of her experience and energy to make it as painless a process as possible. In fact, she realizes that most people want the house, not the mortgage behind it. Her goal is to orchestrate a seamless process so buyers, sellers and referral partners are not burdened with excessive requests and overwhelming documentation.

As a native Texan and lifelong resident of Bedford, TX, Danica earned her Associate’s Degree in Mortgage Banking at North Lake College in Irving, Texas and her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee.

An overachiever, Danica is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and spends her free time with her family outdoors snow skiing in the winter and wake-boarding in the summer. She also is a leader in life and active in the North American Minority Mortgage Banker's Association, Women's Council of Realtors and Hispanic Real Estate Brokers Association. Every Sunday you'll find her at First Grapevine church downtown!
